Getting started
Is it really free, and what costs money?
It is really free, with no time limit and no ads. You can log as many transactions as you like. What the free plan caps is how many of certain things you can create, two each for money accounts and books, plus three features that are Premium only: backup, attaching images to a transaction, and exporting report files.
Compare Free and PremiumDo I need to sign in first?
Yes. You sign in with a Google or Apple account before you start. That account is what ties your backups, your images, and your Premium status to you. From the provider we only receive your user id, email, display name, and profile picture. Email and password sign-in is not available yet.
Read the privacy policyDo I need to connect my bank?
No. The app does not connect to your bank and does not pull statements. You log entries yourself, so you never hand over a banking password or OTP. If typing is the slow part, scan a transfer slip or use voice entry instead.
Can I look around before committing?
Yes. From the app's home screen you can create a sample book. It comes filled with example data so you can see how the charts, monthly summary, and budgets behave before you log anything real. The sample book is clearly labelled and kept separate from your real one.
Does it work without an internet connection?
You can log entries as usual, because your data lives on your device. What needs a connection is the first sign-in, receipt and slip scanning, voice entry, backup and restore, attaching images, and fetching the latest exchange rates.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later, Android phones and tablets, and Apple Silicon Macs through the iPad version. The app is designed for iPad, so it has not been verified for macOS specifically.

Where is the data I log stored?
On your device. It is not sent anywhere during normal use. It leaves your device only when you ask it to, in three cases: turning on backup, attaching an image to a transaction, and using an AI feature.
See the full detail in the privacy policyWhen I scan a receipt, where does the image go?
To an outside processing service we use, which reads it into line items and sends the result back. We send only the image or text you chose to send that time, along with your category names so it can categorise. Your transaction history is not sent. Transfer slips often show a recipient name and account number, so consider that before scanning.
See exactly what gets sentCan anyone else see my entries, or share a book with family?
Sharing is not available yet. Your data is tied to your account alone, and there is no way for another user to view or edit the same book. If you want to keep several people's money apart on one device, use a separate book for each instead.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
You can delete it yourself from the profile screen. The app asks you to type a confirmation word, then permanently deletes your account, your backups, and your images from the cloud. It cannot be undone. If you still have an active subscription, cancel it at the store as well, because deleting the account does not cancel it.
Are there ads, or do you sell my data?
No ads, and we do not sell your data. Premium is the only revenue. We do look at aggregate usage statistics to decide what to build next, with a rule enforced in the code that amounts, entry names, and anything you type are never sent.

Where are backup files kept?
In the cloud, separated by account, reachable only with the account you signed in with. You can turn on automatic backup, which runs once a day. A backup file is a copy of everything, so every transaction you have is inside it.
Does my data follow me to a new device?
It does if you have a backup. Back up from the old device, then sign in with the same account on the new one and restore. Do it before you start logging on the new device, because restoring replaces everything currently on it.
Can I use two devices at once, and does it sync automatically?
There is no automatic sync yet. Each device keeps its own data, and moving data between them goes through backup and restore. If you log on two devices in turn, the entries will not merge on their own, and a restore overwrites whatever is on the receiving device.
Features and usage
How many receipts can I scan per day?
The free plan scans 2 receipts a day, Premium 15. Transfer slips have their own separate quota: 2 a day on free, 25 on Premium. Both counters reset every day.
How does voice entry work?
Press the button and say what you spent. The app uses your device's own speech recognition to turn that into text, then has AI split it into entries and categorise them. We do not keep the audio. The quota is counted separately from scanning: 2 a day on free, 25 on Premium.
How many of each thing can the free plan create?
Transactions are unlimited. What is capped at two each: books, money accounts, savings goals, gold savings, stocks and investments, notes, and transaction groups. Premium makes all of them unlimited.
Compare Free and PremiumWhat is the difference between a book and a money account?
A money account is where the money actually sits, such as cash, a bank account, or an e-wallet. A book separates an entire set of finances, such as personal and shop. Each book has its own summaries and budgets. The free plan allows two of each.
Can I attach a receipt photo to a transaction?
Yes, on Premium. Attached images upload to the cloud, separated by account, and are deleted when you delete your account. Receipt scanning is a different thing: the free plan can scan within the daily quota, it just does not keep the image with the entry.
Can I export my data to a file?
Yes. There is a transaction report, an account statement, an annual report, and a debt report. You pick the date range and whether you want PDF or CSV. Any plan can preview a report, but sharing or saving the file is Premium.
Does it support multiple currencies?
Yes. You can hold accounts in different currencies at the same time, and the app converts them using automatically updated exchange rates. Useful if you have an overseas account or travel often.
What languages does the app support?
Thai and English. Pick one in settings, or let it follow your device language.
Pricing and subscription
What Premium options are there?
Monthly, yearly, and a one-time lifetime purchase. All three unlock exactly the same thing and differ only in how you pay. The price you actually pay is shown in the app, in the currency and region of your store account.
See the price of each optionHow do I cancel Premium?
In your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play, whichever you subscribed through. We cannot cancel it from inside the app because billing lives entirely with the store. Lifetime does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you buy lifetime while a monthly or yearly plan is still running, cancel the old one yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Every purchase happens through the App Store or Google Play, so we cannot refund you directly. Request it from that store under its own policy.

Send it through the support page. For a problem, telling us your device model and the steps that led to it helps a lot. It is a small team and we read every message.
